• Additional shipping charges may apply for orders over $2,500.

• If an adult signature is required for delivery, additional charges may apply.
• If an incorrect shipping cost is selected during checkout, the order will be canceled. We will contact you to place the order again with the correct shipping fee.

• Avoid using baking soda on oxidized or bi-metal pieces to preserve the finish.
Storage:
• Store silver pieces in a sealed plastic bag to maintain their finish and prevent tarnishing.

Repairs and Warranty
• We offer repairs, adjustments, and refinishing services at an additional cost.
• If your jewelry becomes worn or damaged, please contact us to discuss your repair needs.
Custom Orders
• Custom orders are welcome!
• Existing designs can be modified to meet your preferences.
• A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
• Please allow 3–4 weeks for the delivery of custom-made items.

• Rings in stock can often be resized for an additional fee based on the complexity of the work.
• If an item is out of stock, we can remake it. Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery.
• Made-to-order items typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
• Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in finish and appearance are to be expected.
Damages and Issues:
• Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can address the issue promptly.
